Custom Design & User Content Policy

This policy applies when you upload an image or logo, add typography, use a template, submit an AI prompt or otherwise create personalized content for a BEINPRINT product.

1. Your content remains yours

BEINPRINT does not claim ownership of artwork you already own simply because you upload it. You grant BEINPRINT only the limited rights reasonably needed to host, preview, resize, adapt, process, print, package, deliver and support your order.

2. You must have the necessary rights

You may only submit content that you own or are authorized to use. This includes logos, photographs, illustrations, trademarks, characters, fonts and other protected material. You are responsible for obtaining licenses, releases or permissions required for your intended use.

3. Prohibited content

Do not submit content that is illegal; fraudulent; defamatory; threatening; unlawfully discriminatory or hateful; sexually exploitative; invasive of privacy or publicity rights; counterfeit; or infringing intellectual-property rights. BEINPRINT may refuse, suspend or cancel orders involving prohibited content.

4. Public figures, brands and protected marks

The ability to upload or generate an image does not mean you have the legal right to commercially print it. You are responsible for rights relating to trademarks, copyrighted works, publicity rights and similar protections.

5. AI-assisted designs

AI-generated or AI-assisted images may not be unique and may sometimes resemble existing styles, concepts or works. BEINPRINT does not guarantee that an AI result is registrable, exclusive, non-infringing or suitable for every commercial use. You are responsible for reviewing the final design before ordering and for ensuring that your use is lawful.

6. Design preview and print differences

Screen colors, garment textures, print methods and physical materials can cause reasonable differences between an on-screen mockup and the final product. Safe areas, print areas and image-resolution warnings are provided to help you prepare a suitable design.

7. Refusal and refunds

If BEINPRINT refuses an order before production because content violates this policy, we will handle any amount paid in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law. We may retain records reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, dispute handling or legal compliance.
